Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 40 years' experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects including fire system design, installation, and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems.
Our Auckland branch is seeking an Administrator extraordinaire on a part-time, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave until 30 June 2026 in our Alarm Service division.
The Administrator will undertake office administration duties, working closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient office. You will need to be proactive and show interest, ownership, and engagement in all tasks delegated to them.

If you are this person, then you will be required to demonstrate:
- NZ residency
- Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be preferred, but not necessary
- NZ Drivers Licence
- Experience working without supervision.
- The ability to manage time effectively and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Excellent telephone skills, with the ability to respond accurately positively, and effectively to staff and clients.
