Key Details
- 3/4 month temporary assignment with the potential to extend or go perm
- $27.80 per hour + 8%
- 8:30PM - 5PM Monday - Friday
- Work on new and exciting projects within the sales team
- Financial Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals—volume, retention, and revenue.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional phone support; respond quickly, accurately, and professionally; escalate issues when needed.
- Process & Accuracy: Use your time effectively, maintain precise records, and follow risk/compliance procedures—especially with high-risk merchants.
- Risk & Compliance: Stay current on policies and standards, apply pricing guidelines, collaborate across teams to meet customer needs, and support a positive team environment.
- Proven sales experience (e.g., call centre, door-to-door, retail).
- Resilience—rejection drives you forward.
- Adaptable mindset—thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Strong adherence to rules, procedures, and compliance.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Clear criminal history and successful credit check.
- NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- Willingness to complete any required pre-employment testing.
