The opportunity:
We are embarking on our most significant Information Technology transformation. The Modern Information Programme achieves strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses.
The programme encompasses five pivotal projects and as the Senior Change Lead, you will play an integral role in the design and implementation of change strategies for all five projects across New Zealand and Australia, ensuring our people have what they need to adopt change and thrive with our new, modern ways of working.
You must have the flexibility to travel trans-Tasman.
This is a fixed-term role until October 2027.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans, integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, support project teams, and facilitate input and feedback.
- Execute change management plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Be responsible for the design and implementation of communications plans, maintain relationships with Communications teams in Australia and New Zealand.
- Be responsible for the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Lead the change team, manage performance cycles, and ensure team performance is continuously improved.
- Develop and track budgets, report financial progress.
- Develop metrics and KPIs, prepare and present reports, conduct post-implementation reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant qualification and 5+ years' experience in change roles within large or complex organisations.
- Proven experience in change strategy and delivery.
- Proven experience managing change of complex IT transformation projects in large companies.
- Strong people leadership and ability to influence across multiple levels in an organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence.
- Project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, ambiguity, and remain calm under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
