Wellingtons Restaurant is looking for career driven individuals to join their Restaurant and Bar Team in a Supervisory role. We are a small but passionate team, who work hard, together! We are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.

What We Need From You

• Wellingtons Restaurant is all about eating great food and getting great service, so you need to live by these values.
• Provide tailored service to restaurant and conference guests
• Taking orders/payments, interacting with guests, delivering food and beverages, cleaning and maintaining dining and service areas (conference included), allocating tasks and supervising frontline staff, assisting the restaurant manager with general supervisory tasks.
• Barista experience will be preferred
• LCQ is essential
• Wellingtons Restaurant also caters to the function business within the Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, so set-ups and maintaining this area is part of the role
• Be a team player and excellent communicator
• Have a positive can do attitude and bring your best every day
• At least one years supervisory experience within a Hotel or Restaurant is essential
