We're looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our cross-functional team, who's fluent in all social channels, TikTok trends, confident in editing, and fast on the tools. Someone who sees a moment and moves. Someone who knows the rules... and when to break them.

You'll be the creator engine behind our social feed, shaping how people experience our brand and product: visually, emotionally, and unapologetically real.

What You'll Do

• Create content that connects our brands to cultural moments, in real time, with real impact.
• Develop reactive, platform-native posts that keep us at the centre of trending conversation
• Shape our visual storytelling using techniques borrowed from beauty, fashion, and beyond
• Turn brand tone and guidelines into living, breathing content that feels made for the moment
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts and emerging formats to keep us in-feed and in-mind
• Deliver social-first ideas that outperform category benchmarks and spark conversation
• Work with marketing and creative to align content with campaigns, launches, and key moments
• Help build a better, braver brand, one post at a time.

• A portfolio of killer content, your work speaks volumes, across formats and platforms
• Confidence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and whatever's next
• Ability to film, edit, animate, and caption content quickly, without losing polish.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and mobile editing tools.
• Sharp visual storytelling instincts, built for engagement and relevance.
• Strong trend radar, you know what's coming, and how to make it your own.
