Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Support Marketing Intern.
What awaits you?
- You will be supporting the BMW Group Service business portfolio, with a view to exploring all available opportunities to maximise service retention and related Genuine parts sales.
- You will be supporting the achievement of set retention/penetration objectives through regular ongoing analysis of dealer performance, effective dealer consultation/contact and implementation of own or central available programmes.
- You will be supporting set sales/penetration objectives through the Accessories & Lifestyle product portfolio and development of sales programmes. This includes evaluation of the product range, price, availability, and incentives to dealers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferable.
- Practical understanding of marketing and communication measures.
- Understanding of marketing processes.
- Understanding of integrated communication (ATL/BTL) campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manipulate and analyse data.
- Strong customer orientation.
