Context
Infrabel is undergoing a major organizational, operational, and cultural transformation. The goal is to build a fully integrated “end-to-end” supply chain that is customer-oriented, reliable, high-quality, and efficient.
To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives that will help realize this strategic vision.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead one or more projects from initiation to implementation within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Engage with stakeholders and understand their specific needs.
- Analyze the current state (AS-IS), define target objectives (TO-BE), and design a transition roadmap.
- Build and guide a competent project team with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Communicate project vision, principles, and execution strategy clearly to all involved parties.
- Organize and facilitate regular progress meetings with project stakeholders, sponsors, and business owners.
- Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks throughout the project.
- Lead workshops and meetings to co-develop realistic, workable solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate transparently with all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Transformation Office and comply with governance rules.
- Monitor results using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the selected solutions are tested, documented, and successfully implemented.
- Take initiative to suggest improvements in tools, processes, procedures, and governance models.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, ideally 20.
- Experience with standard project planning methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- At least 5 years of supply chain experience, specifically in inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile project methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) is a strong plus.
- Experience working in large and complex technical organizations (> 1000 employees).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to connect with shop floor realities.
- Fully fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
