We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wellington – Immerse yourself in its creative heartbeat, explore picturesque waterfronts, and relish the surrounding hills' embrace.

About the role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.

Social Rehabilitation Needs Assessment (SRNA)

  • Skilled in functional needs assessments and service recommendations to support independence
  • Strong understanding of ACC service entitlements and linking clients to appropriate supports
  • Experience writing high-quality reports and justifying clinical reasoning

  • Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same
  • Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care
  • High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Proven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in community
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a support needs assessor
