Customer Services & Operations Consultant (Full-Time)

We are searching for a top-notch customer service and operations consultant or what we call a Rental Operations Agents for our Apex Car Rental location in Queenstown to ensure our customers receive excellent service.

About The Role

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings, process payments, resolve customer queries/disputes and do daily reporting.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages, drive vehicles between locations, assist with fleet management and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably looking for someone with a minimum 3 months working experience in the car rental industry (highly advantageous) but any previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles will be needed.
• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  
  

We operate 7 days a week, 8 am to 5.30 pm, where you will be required to work as per our rotating roster including full weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). In this full-time role you will be expected to work 40 hours per week on 5 x 8 hours shifts per week with days off expected to be Monday and Tuesday.
