About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, solutions-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team based in Auckland. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – providing support via phone, email, and live chat – and working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
  • Process and manage customer orders, credits, and queries using internal systems
  • Offer technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues with urgency and care
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and product to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to elevate customer satisfaction
  • Support the sales team with product information, stock updates, and order tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and confident using ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office systems
  • A fast learner with a passion for understanding and helping others
  • Experience supporting export customers is a plus
