- Lead with Impact: Play a key role in shaping operational excellence by overseeing business support functions and leading a dedicated team of 4.
- Adaptability and Agility : Be comfortable working in the "grey". Act as a sounding board to the Executive Assistants and "jump" in when needed. Did we mention "agile"?
- Drive Success: Contribute directly to organisational success by picking up where the current Business Support Manager leaves off and manage special projects as they come about. Get involved in regular 1:1's with your team.
- Oversee and optimise all administrative functions to ensure efficiency across the two offices.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of four, through clear expectations and regular feedback.
- Support health and safety strategies, championing well-being initiatives across the business.
- Participate in recruitment processes to ensure the right people are placed in the right positions as required.
- Coordinate company events as required.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assist the leadership team with presentations and documentation.
- Manage travel policies and fleet operations, liaising with suppliers and implementing best practices.
- Solid people management, office management and previous Executive Assistant experience.
- Proven experience managing people with a focus on mentoring and professional development.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills and organisational prowess.
- Experience in event or project coordination, with a knack for balancing cost efficiencies against objectives.
- (Desirable) A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or exposure to the construction sector.
