Suitable applicants for this position will have gained a degree in a relevant construction, architecture or building science and experience working at a junior or intermediate Project Manager level on base build, interior / property projects.
As a Project Manager, you will work across the complete project management life cycle from procurement, design management and construction phases, anticipating issues and working with project parters to ensure efficient, cost effective project delivery.
This opportunity will see you work with senior level Project Managers on high profile, high value builds and give you the responsibility of managing your own lower risk projects in a collaborative team environment.

- Client reporting
- Running PCG meetings and managing Stakeholder communication
- Site observations and Engineer Representative duties
- Maintaining financial oversight on behalf of Client

- Relevant construction / design degree
- Post graduate experience in project management
- Analytical skills

- Ability to influence project partners.
