What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and guiding two HR Coordinators delivering employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, employment changes, offboarding and compliance.
- Triaging, prioritising and overseeing workflow to ensure a responsive and accurate people service.
- Providing Tier 1 HR advice and support to employees and managers, resolving queries and preventing unnecessary escalations.
- Maintaining process integrity, data accuracy and compliance across systems and files.
- Identifying opportunities to improve how we deliver operational HR services and supporting implementation of those ideas.
- Bring solid hands-on experience in HR or People Operations.
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and responsiveness matters.
- Know how to balance the detail with the bigger picture.
- Have excellent judgement and know when to support, when to escalate, and when to roll up your sleeves.
- Have led others before – or are ready to step up and build that experience.
