The role
As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving national growth while leading a small, capable team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance coaching and coordination with direct customer engagement and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities:
- Driving outbound sales activity through campaigns, calls, and client meetings
- Managing sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking
- Strengthening relationships with key customers through regular engagement and site visits
- Supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry events
- Overseeing contract management and account documentation
- Conducting market benchmarking and pricing reviews
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth sales operations
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role
- Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Commercially astute, with a strategic mindset
- Travel to customers and events in North Island 3 to 4 days a month
