Description:

Titanium Homes is a well-established and rapidly growing residential construction company delivering high quality construction.

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and coordination support for construction projects, ensuring effective documentation, stakeholder communication, procurement tracking, and compliance support. The role plays a key part in supporting project delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with health and safety requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update and distribute project documentation including contracts, plans, and reports
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, site visits, and inspections with internal and external parties
  • Monitor timelines and milestones using project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts)
  • Manage document control systems, both digital and physical
  • Raise purchase orders and track supplier deliveries and subcontractor services
  • Assist with budgeting tasks including invoice processing, claim preparation, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to project costs and wage tracking
  • Support compliance with health and safety procedures by managing induction records, site audits, and incident reports
  • Act as liaison between project teams, suppliers, and clients for communication and status updates
  • Prepare minutes, formal letters, and internal communication updates as required
  • Provide general administrative support including maintaining filing systems and onboarding packs for new staff
  • Support HR administration related to project teams where required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction or project-based environment or relevant qualifications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and procurement processes

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Relevant qualification in Construction, Project Management, or a related field
  • First Aid and Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)
