THE OPPORTUNITY
NZME is on the hunt for a sharp, solutions-focused Commercial Content Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative Commercial team. This is your chance to step into the beating heart of media campaign delivery – where content, client goals and audience insights intersect to drive impact. You’ll be responsible for implementing commercial content campaigns across NZME’s digital and print assets, ensuring everything runs seamlessly – from launch to reporting.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
- Campaign Delivery: Use NZME’s editorial content systems to manage the end-to-end publishing of commercial content, ensuring accurate and timely launches.
- Creative Asset Loading: Load all creative assets for commercial content campaigns in the GAM ad traffic system
- Client Liaison: Work closely with advertising partners to ensure all content is delivered to brief, on time and to spec.
- Quality Control: Safeguard the integrity of campaigns by checking for competitive clashes and ensuring alignment with both editorial and advertising standards.
- Performance Reporting: Provide clear, accurate post-campaign results and insights to help shape future opportunities.
- Project Management: Support Senior Project Managers in management of multiple concurrent campaigns with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
- Compliance & Culture: Uphold NZME’s health, safety, ethical and professional standards – and actively live our values.
ABOUT YOU
You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and detail obsessed. You’ve likely had at least a year of experience in media, advertising, or PR, ideally in a dynamic environment where juggling deadlines is the norm. You know how to manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and see a project through from concept to delivery. Bonus points if you’re naturally curious and love coming up with creative content ideas!
Key skills include:
- Campaign coordination or content scheduling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident using content management systems and reporting tools
- A knack for balancing creativity with process
- An unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
- A full understanding of Microsoft 365
