We’re on the lookout for a Client Services Specialist to join our supportive and collaborative operations team in Auckland. This is your chance to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in making our clients’ travel dreams a reality, while being part of a business that offers opportunity, growth and a whole world of travel.
What You’ll Do:
As a Client Services Specialist, you’ll be a key player in the reservation journey, ensuring every detail is confirmed, accurate and delivered on time. You’ll:
- Process and confirm bookings and communications with suppliers
- Liaise between suppliers and our Reservations team to finalise travel arrangements
- Collate essential pre-travel documents from agents and suppliers
- Dispatch final travel documents and brochures on time
- Track and maintain confirmations, documentation, and inventory
- Support the Product and Marketing team with occasional operational tasks
