We have a Healthcare Director vacancy within the Consulting team based in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland for a Director level. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to clients and we’ll depend on you to drive our Hauora practice as we work to solve important problems for our health and wellbeing clients and beyond.

  • Working with Senior Managers to deliver strong, profitable and enduring relationships with the firm’s most important clients and targets by providing best practice coaching and account development advice.
  • Spearheading team goal setting, training and development and resource allocation and prioritisation.
  • Designing and driving business development within the Hauora practice that aligns with the firm’s strategy and special projects
  • Acting as a subject matter expert within the Hauora practice to deliver strategies, tactics and negotiations
  • Developing and delivering sales and relationship development programmes and training across the business with the GM Markets




Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • 6-10 years’ experience working as a senior level consultant in a professional services, management consulting, healthcare, wellbeing and/or public sector environment
  • Refining operating model and processes and improving services across the entire value chain
  • Service design and delivery
  • Systems change strategy and implementation
  • Effectively working with the public and private Health sector
  • Financial solutions and sustainability
  • Workforce strategy and business development
  • Transforming procurement and designing Commissioning frameworks
  • Demonstrable writing skills for proposals and business cases
  • Growing opportunities through both client relationship development and competitive tender situations
  • Technology and digital expertise
