Duty Manager And Cook

We currently seeking for Duty Manager and cook to join our Restaurant and Bar

Duty Manager:
As a manager when on shift you will be the leader of the team, we expect our managers to be capable, confident and caring for both our customers and staff.

Duties include (but are not limited to);

• Supervising staff, delegating tasks, organizing breaks.
• Ensuring quality service at all times.
• Ensuring the presentation of the bar or restaurant is at a high standard
• Exceptional customer service and Previous Experience would be beneficial

-To assist in the manager in all aspects of running the business - maintain smooth, efficient and cost effective running of the Restaurant in all areas, including; service, staff rosters, training and induction, cleaning and strategic planning.

• Must Be able to work on weekends, public holidays and a flexible roster

Cook:

The successful applicants must have the following attributes:

Assisting and preparation of food and meals to a high standard
Ensuring excellent food hygiene practice is observed at all times
Work unsupervised and cope with fast paced environment
Cleaning up food preparation areas and kitchens
Training will be provided
Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and a flexible roster
