AD and AA Holdings Limited is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience at Dosa Palace.

What You’ll Do:

• Working closely with our kitchen team to shape and update the food and beverage offerings

• Organising and overseeing themed nights, group bookings, and community-based promotions

• Keeping a close handle on ordering supplies, negotiating prices, and staying within budget

• Keeping track of operational records such as sales, supply orders, and staff schedules

• Making sure the restaurant always looks its best, meets safety guidelines, and is spotless

• Speaking with guests during service to gather feedback and ensure they’re well looked after

• Leading the hiring process, onboarding new staff, and creating a strong team culture

• Lending a hand during busy times — from welcoming customers to helping on the floor

What We’re Looking For:

• A diploma or above level qualification is required to efficiently carry out the responsibilities of this role.

• In the absence of a qualification, having relevant industry/ position experience of 6 months or more is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, guest-focused approach with high attention to detail

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
