Job Overview:

As the Change Manager you will lead the design and delivery of the organisational changes across our Supply Chain. Our Supply Chain is one of the largest in New Zealand. You will partner with leaders across a range of departments to enable and deliver the change leadership required to succeed.

The Contract:

As the Change Manager, you will own the change and communication timeline, lead end-to-end consultation processes where required, and coach and partner with leaders to enable and deliver the change. As the Change Lead on this critical project, you will coordinate all meetings and documentation, play an active role in the core project team, and scope and deliver the embedding phase for a smooth transition of changes.

Other responsibilities include:

• Build comprehensive change plans
• Design and execute communications plans and manage stakeholder engagement
• Run and manage impact asessessment

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in change management, with a strong understanding of FMCG. Seasoned change professional. Don't need to FMCG experience. Hands on, practical, delivery focused (not theoretical).
• Excellent project management and change management skills, with a track record of driving successful initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for guiding and coaching leaders
• Analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Hands-on leading, managing and driving change through to successful embedding.

• Knowledge of end-to-end supply is highly desirable
