We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to support our clients digital transformation initiatives. This role involves developing and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery across web, API, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts for web, API, and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.
- Design and execute automated tests using tools like XCUITest for iOS and Espresso for Android.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to identify test requirements and scenarios.
- Execute automated test suites across multiple platforms and analyze results to detect issues early in the development cycle.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Report defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve test coverage and efficiency by identifying opportunities to expand automation.
- Conduct cross-platform mobile testing to ensure consistent behavior across devices and OS versions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Strong experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with mobile test automation frameworks such as XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso (Android).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin or Swift.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST-assured.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
