About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the management and enhancement of our corporate office spaces, ensuring they are functional, inspiring, and safe for employees and visitors alike. As Corporate Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality work environments and driving operational excellence. From managing key supplier relationships to spearheading improvement projects, this role offers variety and impact.

In this role you will;

  • Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and repairs of office facilities and furniture.
  • Lead and manage a team of Facilities Co-Ordinators and Frontline Co-Ordinators/Concierges.
  • Project manage facilities CAPEX initiatives and budgets, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Maintain communication and partnerships with external vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Drive a consistent user experience while fostering an inclusive and inspiring environment that reflects the company culture.

Please note this is an on-site position at our Auckland CBD office, 5 days a week Monday-Friday.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional facilities management and fostering positive work environments.

Our ideal candidate will also have;

  • Experience in facilities management and administration within a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of building operations and health and safety legislation.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office and experience in managing budgets and projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
