About the Role:
As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and production planning to meet customer demand. Reporting to the Senior Supply Planner, you’ll translate strategic plans into actionable supply schedules, optimise inventory levels, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:
As a Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and production planning to meet customer demand. Reporting to the Senior Supply Planner, you’ll translate strategic plans into actionable supply schedules, optimise inventory levels, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain the monthly Integrated Business Management (IBP) supply and material plans.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials in line with supplier agreements and inventory targets.
- Improve procurement processes to enhance flexibility, reduce inventory, and optimise space.
- Automate manual processes and enhance the use of SAP/APO systems to improve planning efficiency.
- Identify and resolve supply risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer service and inventory goals.
- Collaborate with trans-Tasman planning teams to ensure cohesive and effective supply planning across regions.
- Experienced in supply chain and supply/demand planning within a large FMCG environment.
- Proficient in supply planning systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end demand and supply planning processes.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who collaborates well across diverse teams.
- Organised, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in production planning, distribution, inventory control, and SAP/APO or S4/HANA, is preferred but not essential.
