About The Company
The consultancy deliver innovative, practical engineering solutions across a range of sectors including land development, infrastructure, water resources, environmental management, and geotechnical engineering. Projects range from small-scale residential developments to large commercial and infrastructure ventures.
Key Responsibilities
This is an exciting role which combines technical engineering design with the opportunity to mentor and guide junior Engineers. The role will include the following:
It a technical and/or team leadership position. You can be experienced or be taking your first steps into management, this role offers support, training and guidance in technical engineering and leadership.
The consultancy is established in Auckland and Hamilton and has experienced geotechnical engineers who are supportive and forward thinking. You will take ownership of projects and manage from inception to handover.

- Conduct site investigations, soil testing, and geotechnical analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and provide design input for foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of civil and environmental projects.
- Manage junior team members, providing technical mentorship and supporting their professional growth.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
