Our mahi (work) is organised around the delivery of our three core services:
This is a hands-on role delivering quality print services for both internal and external stakeholders. As part of our in-house Brand and Digital Channels team, you’ll be responsible for managing customer requests, print production, file preparation, stock control, and maintenance of digital print equipment. You’ll also support brand and design file management and help ensure we meet our environmental and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
You’re a print production expert with a strong service mindset and eye for detail. With at least 3 years’ experience in a digital print environment, you’re confident advising others, juggling multiple deadlines, and improving systems. You’ll bring professionalism, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to quality.

As part of our in-house Brand and Digital Channels team, you’ll be responsible for managing customer requests, print production, file preparation, stock control, and maintenance of digital print equipment. You’ll also support brand and design file management and help ensure we meet our environmental and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate print and digital production from concept to delivery
- Operate customer desk and provide expert print advice
- Maintain equipment and oversee stock control
- Support design team with finished artwork, file preparation and archiving
- Liaise with suppliers, mail houses, and external print services
You’re a print production expert with a strong service mindset and eye for detail. With at least 3 years’ experience in a digital print environment, you’re confident advising others, juggling multiple deadlines, and improving systems. You’ll bring professionalism, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven digital print and prepress experience
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite and digital file skills
- Confident managing customer service and workflow
- Experience with PaperCut, imposition software, and stock systems
- A team player who embraces continuous improvement
