Our Finance team in Christchurch is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to assist with financial and management accounting services. You will assist with all aspects of billing and remittance reconciliation along with providing timely and accurate accounts support. We are a busy but fun-loving team and will be delighted to collaborate with you.

Main Responsibilities
- Billing all contracts to ACC/insurers/other parties
- Quality checking billing of appointments and contracts
- Auditing unbilled charges
- Dealing with ACC Case Managers for approvals, payments and resolving issues
- Completing on charges in an accurate and timely manner
- Annual budget set aside for professional development / study
- All efforts made to provide you with the work / life balance that suits your needs

- Qualification in Finance, Accounting or relevant field would be ideal
- Experience in accounts payable and receivables - high level of proficiency with Xero and Gensolve
- 2+ years of administration and 1+ years ACC billing experience
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
