What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a team of arborists on-site throughout the Auckland region
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality tree care
• Be quality and production focused 
• Mentor crew members and support their growth
• Assist the Team Leader in planning and reviewing work schedules
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Requirements:

• NZ Certificate in Arboriculture Level 3 (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of arboriculture experience
• Full, clean class 1 NZ driver’s license

Desirable:

• Level 4 Arboriculture qualification
• Class 2 NZ driver’s license
• Traffic management training
