About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our Temporary and Permanent recruitment desk in Hamilton. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and sourcing top talent to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Hamilton based with the right to work here.
- A minimum of 3 years agency recruitment experience within NZ.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- High level of motivation and a hunger for success.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
