Ko tō tūranga – your role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to plan, deliver, and manage world-class, market-leading communication strategies and campaigns. As a critical member of a cross-functional squad, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial success and customer value of all acquisition and base marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and performance analysis, with a deep understanding of how to tailor communications to resonate with both prospects and existing customers.
*This role is a 12 month fixed term role*

Ko tō tūranga – your role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to plan, deliver, and manage world-class, market-leading communication strategies and campaigns. Ko Tō Mahi – What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns within a Commercial squad, from strategy to execution and go-to-market.
- Identify key customer segments and growth opportunities, optimising channel mix to drive acquisition and manage cost per acquisition.
- Execute full lifecycle marketing, including retention, upsell, cross-sell, migration, and loyalty initiatives.
- Support both mass-market and B2B channels, tailoring campaigns to deliver value and enable sales teams.
- Translate strategy into impactful customer-facing campaigns that grow revenue, market share, and base ARPU.
- Manage campaigns within brand guidelines and budget, using ROI models to guide investment decisions.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including revenue, conversion, NPS, and cost efficiency.
- Significant experience in segment or channel marketing, brand management, or product management in a dynamic industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver customer-focused marketing solutions that drive business outcomes
- A customer-first, data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape strategy and optimise performance
- Proven experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Proven experience effectively developing and assessing creative work
- Excellent stakeholder management and partner engagement skills
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
