We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our warm, family-focused early childhood centre in the heart of Auckland CBD. This role requires strong administrative skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for supporting a nurturing learning environment.

Who are you?
An experienced Administrator who has:
- Exceptional customer services skills
- A heart for children, families and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in a range of computer applications
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
The position:
- Permanent, full time (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
- Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
- Kindercare police vet all employees
