We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions. This is a permanent role based in Auckland CBD, offering flexible hybrid work.
You’ll play a key role in shaping digital architecture across enterprise systems, integrations, and Azure cloud environments, while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. This is an opportunity to help modernise a complex digital ecosystem and support high-impact projects across the organisation.

In This Role, You Will
- Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable enterprise architecture to solve complex business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into actionable architectural designs and integration strategies.
- Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and architecture standards across solution delivery.
- Guide digital transformation through simplification, standardisation, and removal of legacy silos.
- Create architecture artefacts, infrastructure models, and security plans to support delivery and governance.
- Provide architectural oversight across digital, CRM, data, cloud, and network domains.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evaluate platforms, assess new technologies, and optimise performance.
- Strong background in software engineering and full system lifecycle architecture. Deep expertise in Azure, including Azure APIM, Service Bus, and Azure Data Platform.
- Knowledge of API gateways, integration protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON), and event-driven design.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, CMS, ERP, and ecommerce systems.
- Skilled in modelling languages (UML, SysML) and frameworks such as TOGAF, SOA, or MDA.
- Understanding of cyber security principles, cloud infrastructure, and privacy frameworks (e.g., PCI, GDPR).
- 10-15 years’ experience across the IT domain.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
