If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your excellent relationship building skills, this role may be for you!

Reporting To The Strategic Customer Account Lead, The Focus Of This Position Is To Support And Further Develop Strategic Business Relationships With Commercial Customers. This Will Include

  • Building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Working across the business with operations, developer services, billing, and finance this role is the customer advocate to manage reactive and planned works, customer escalations, and resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Providing information support to customers to assist with water efficiency initiatives.

To be successful in this role you are a true professional who enjoys providing a high level of customer service. You have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Your Background Will Include

  • 3+ years proven commercial experience in relationship management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to form and manage a range of complex internal and external relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills teamed with the ability to negotiate, influence and make recommendations.
  • Preferably you will have experience in providing account management plans and have managed programmes of work.
