About The Role

We are currently seeking a Facilities Analyst / Coordinator to join our Wellington-based team. Reporting to the Contract Manager this role will support the successful delivery and coordination of the services of the contract.

  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and any other reports for Contract Manager to review.
  • Prepare annual PM budgets in conjunction with trades teams.
  • Attend client and tenant meetings.
  • Review and validate monthly reporting KPI’s on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor action points to completion with escalation to Contract Manager.
  • Support PPM management and completion to invoicing stage.
  • Invoice or WIP issues are proactively managed/escalated as required.
  • Client is invoiced for all completed works in the month completed.
  • Liaise with the internal stakeholders – CXC, Finance and Facilities Services on queries.

About You

  • MS Office – Word and Excel, PowerBi or similar reporting tool.
  • Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package.
  • A minimum of two years in a facilities or property administration or customer service role would be beneficial.
