Lending Operations is a rewarding team to work for where you will play an integral role in making our customers home loan dreams come true! We are currently recruiting for multiple new positions in our Documents team. In this role you will:

• Review and processing home loan applications for our retail customers.
• Load loans into our system.
• Manage bonds and check LVR requirements.
• Ensure compliance and risk requirements are met.
• Engage with our internal and external customers.

Prior experience in banking operations, contact centre or branch environment is preferable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication. 
• Strong attention to detail with a great level of accuracy. 
• Previous experience in mortgage home loan documentation is required.
