What You Will Do
Based at our Christchurch branch and part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Parts / Service Team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
This will be achieved by
Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
Communicate with the workshop to ensure parts / service requirements meet customer expectations
Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
You will have
Previous experience in a parts / customer service role in the automotive industry (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
