About The Role
We are currently seeking a Suite 22 Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support for Suite 22 patients and consultants.
This is a permanent, part-time position offered at 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week), with flexibility in how these hours are scheduled across Monday to Friday to suit the successful candidate.
As part of the Suite 22 Administration team, you will contribute to a range of administrative duties, including end-to-end patient administration and providing enhanced support for designated consultants.

About The Role

As part of the Suite 22 Administration team, you will contribute to a range of administrative duties, including end-to-end patient administration and providing enhanced support for designated consultants.
Specific Duties Include
- Providing high-quality, timely administrative support including referrals, bookings, and billing to support patient care and consultant workflows
- Maintaining accurate patient information, records, and documentation in line with Suite 22 protocols and system requirements (e.g TrakCare/Incisive/Personify)
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health and Safety, Privacy, and the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights
Skills And Experience
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, have excellent organisational and communication skills and have strong administrative capabilities. You will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent computer skills, with an understanding of office systems and procedures.
- The ability to plan, organise, prioritise and solve problems effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to use initiative when needed.
- A high level of integrity and respect for patients, their information and confidentiality.
- The ability to work well within a team and build positive working relationships.
- Experience with patient management systems (especially Incisive) or a background in the health sector would be an advantage.
