What You'll Do

  • Define, communicate, and maintain the technical vision and architectural runway for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Principal Architects, and Agile teams to guide investment decisions and prioritise technical initiatives.
  • Manage technical debt and risks by identifying issues early, proposing mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely resolution for ongoing stability.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to Agile teams, supporting them in delivering stable, scalable, efficient solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Participate actively in ART events such as PI Planning and System Demos, integrating technical considerations into planning and execution processes.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience designing modular systems that connect architecture seamlessly with design and implementation across varied technologies for end-to-end solutions.
  • Familiarity with master data management frameworks as well as case management systems, GIS/spatial platforms, and field service technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of identity management protocols, access control mechanisms, data protection standards, and privacy compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines including build automation tools, test automation suites, and release management processes within Agile environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SAFe or similar Agile methodologies supporting scalable solution delivery through well-defined architectural runways.
