Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support our site teams and trade partners while collaborating closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to deliver successful commercial construction projects.

  • Managing and delivering project programmes to schedule
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing hands on leadership – on or off the tools where needed
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating site risks with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Overseeing site Health & Safety, quality, budget and cost control
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, building codes and legislation
  • Leading subcontractor coordination and management
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve high-quality project outcomes
  • Leading toolbox talks and attending project/site meetings

You will bring hands on experience across both high-end residential and multi-level commercials builds, with the confidence to lead onsite operations and work alongside a high-performing team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Leading Hand in Commercial Construction
  • Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver successful project programmes
  • Experience in commercial construction; high-end residential experience is a bonus
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire, support and recognise your teams success
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • A proactive commitment to leading Health & Safety on-site
