Communications Lead – Oracle ERP Project – 9 month fixed term contract
Lead, plan and deliver the communications required for the successful deployment of the Oracle ERP in New Zealand.
- Work alongside the NZ Deployment Lead, Enablement Project Lead, R3B OCM Lead and Stream Leads to plan, orchestrate and execute Horizon related communications for the New Zealand deployment.
- Work closely with global OCM and communications teams to leverage existing materials and learnings. Ensure that the messaging is regionalised appropriately for the New Zealand deployment.
- Ensure that all messaging is consistent, clear, and effectively reaches all stakeholders.
- Determine the key audiences for the project and identify the most effective communication channels to reach them. Develop an integrated communication channel mix to drive outcomes against the project plan. Attend and provide contributions at all relevant meetings – OCM scrums, Super User (SU) and Change Ambassador (CA) meetings, Leadership meetings, RDCs, deployment team meetings etc.
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications team to identify and leverage local communications opportunities and channels.
- Ensure alignment of communications to the new WSP strategic cycle and broader business agenda, while ensuring that branding is correct and consistent.
- Support the development of content for the local Business Readiness Network as guided by the R3B OCM and Tower OCM Leads.
- Provide direct support and coaching to senior leaders to enable them to play the role of “change sponsor” and help their direct reports/teams through transitions.
- Help manage local mailboxes, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing regular feedback and guidance to the wider project team and senior leaders in the business.
About you:
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, change management, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years’ proven experience in change management and communications, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience working within a large corporate organisation operating in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interested parties.
- Experience leading change communications for ERP roll out
