This is a newly created role that will work alongside the national Business Development Managers in supporting strategies and activity to achieve the firm’s goals for business development, including pitches, BD plans, budgets, market profile, directory submissions, and tracking and reporting on progress.

This is a newly created role that will work alongside the national Business Development Managers in supporting strategies and activity to achieve the firm’s goals for business development, including pitches, BD plans, budgets, market profile, directory submissions, and tracking and reporting on progress.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Assisting with market research
- Supporting the client experience programme
- Implementing actions from sector/practice business plans
- Supporting with pitch preparation and maintaining the pitch database
- Coordinating the annual legal directories and submission processes
- Updating the CRM system and providing reporting
- Assisting with events, sponsorships and conferences
- Relevant tertiary qualification and 2 years minimum experience in a related field
- Professional services / legal sector experience preferred
- Experience in SharePoint and CRM systems desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Committed self-starter with high accountability
