We’re looking for a Kitchenhand to support our busy kitchen team behind the scenes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role - perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and moving smoothly.

- Cleaning dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment to high hygiene standards
- Helping chefs with basic prep (e.g., chopping vegetables, collecting ingredients)
- Keeping kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean and organised
- Emptying waste bins and recycling according to kitchen procedures
- Following food safety and cleaning schedules carefully
- Being alert to health & safety risks and helping keep the kitchen safe
You will be:
- Experienced in a kitchen or restaurant environment (hotel experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Physically resilient and able to handle the demands of a busy kitchen
- An upbeat, and optimistic team player with a "Can Do" attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and food, with dreams of becoming a Chef one day
- Flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends
- Independent, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
