Senior Project Finance Advisor

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Finance Advisor, managing end-to-end project financials in the construction space. Use your knowledge of forecasting, budget management and relationship development to assist in the delivery of successful projects, working alongside senior members of this team.

Duties Include

• Act as the go-to person within the team across three PMOs, developing and managing relationships across projects
• Preparation of monthly revenue and cost accruals, revenue commentary and 12 month rolling forecasts
• Project profitability reviews, discussion of findings and implementation of findings to keep projects on track
• Working with senior stakeholders to ensure project budgets are adhered too
  
  

We Are Looking For:

• Strong previous experience as a Project Accountant or Senior Project Coordinator who has extensive experience in the financial tasks above
• A relevant tertiary qualification in the finance of business management space
• Previous experience working in the construction space or managing staff is ideal
• Strong relationship management skillset, with experience working with stakeholders to ensure compliance in project environments
• Happy to look at a 14 month fixed-term opportunity
