What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver high-quality lighting plans for a range of markets, including industrial, commercial, and architectural
- Provide accurate pricing and quotes for clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth
- Liaise directly with architects, designers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project invoicing, timelines, and budget to ensure commercial success
- Meet and exceed sales targets and profit margins
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and report on progress, making timely adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance regulations
- Proven experience in lighting design, with a strong understanding of industry standards
- A natural ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Previous success managing projects from concept to completion
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A sales-focused mindset with a drive to identify opportunities and deliver results
- Solid understanding of operational processes and commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the electrical/lighting sector
