Warehouse Assistant

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a growing, purpose-driven Kiwi company? We’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our growing team at our Epsom warehouse.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday — with some flexibility required (including occasional Saturdays) during peak times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

You'll be involved in all aspects of stock handling from inwards to outwards, including:

• Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stock.
• Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard.
• Confidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes (full training provided).
• Keeping the warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times.
• Using warehouse equipment (such as the order picker and pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Supporting stocktake and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly.
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a close team.
• Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed.
• Physically fit and happy to be on your feet, lifting and moving stock.
• Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential - we’ll teach the right person!
• Full driver’s license preferred.
