About The Role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partnering Manager (FBPM), you'll have the opportunity to work within and learn from a strong, cohesive Finance team and to liaise with people at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a motivated accounting professional who takes pride in the quality of your work. Your ability to communicate effectively with people in all areas of the business to ensure that relevant information is understood is key to your success in this role. Most importantly, you'll be a down-to-earth team player with a great sense of humour and the ability to engage with a dynamic and energetic team.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Key finance contact for various business areas, providing analysis of financial and non-financial performance and understanding of key drivers.
- Work with the finance team to deliver accurate forecasting and budgeting of both operating and capital expenditure
- Act as finance lead on business projects providing robust financial and commercial acumen to support decision making.
- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Support and develop financial knowledge and best practice within the business

Ideal Skills & Experience
- Excellent communicator that can build and maintain strong business relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Strong excel skills with experience working in and developing financial models
- A background of management accounting in a manufacturing or supply environment would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines in a busy environment
- A Bachelors' Degree in Commerce, Accounting or relevant Business degree
- CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualified is not necessary but would be advantageous.
