- Take ownership of the stability, security, and performance of the Salesforce environment as part of the enterprise digital ecosystem.
- Oversee key integrations with systems such as SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across platforms.
- Lead platform-level outcomes by establishing robust governance practices that promote resilience and best practice standards.
- Manage production deployments, quarterly releases, and manual deployment steps to maintain technical integrity throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Proactively identify risks within the Salesforce environment and implement strategies to mitigate them before they impact business operations.
- Collaborate closely with development, testing, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure cohesive delivery of platform enhancements.
- Document system architecture and integration touchpoints comprehensively to support knowledge sharing and future improvements.
- Influence best practices by recommending sustainable, scalable solutions that align with evolving business needs.
- Support internal support processes by managing tickets from creation through to resolution in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at uplifting platform maturity and enhancing user experience.
- A minimum of five years’ hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration roles supporting complex enterprise environments is essential for success in this position.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder credentials are required to demonstrate your technical proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple platform environments including data changes, security components, and user access controls effectively.
- A strategic understanding of Salesforce Orgs architecture as well as experience integrating with other enterprise systems such as SAP is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills are needed for engaging stakeholders at all levels along with strong documentation abilities for system architecture mapping.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban enables effective teamwork across multidisciplinary groups.
- A curious mindset focused on solutions coupled with a commitment to uplifting overall platform maturity will set you apart in this role.
- Preferred qualifications include certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud as well as experience supporting environments with multiple high-volume integrations.
