About The Role

As an Office & Facilities Coordinator at Genesis Energy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Auckland Corporate office. This dynamic and high visibility position offers the opportunity to contribute to a productive and welcoming workplace, while collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels. In this role you will;

  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and contractors while managing front of house operations.
  • Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, car parking, and stock supplies across the office.
  • Manage and update swipe access card system and database and ensure security and induction protocols are implemented effectively.
  • Provide administrative and project support to Facilities.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance for contractors and facilities services onsite.

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term position that has the requirement to be on-site at our Auckland CBD office 5 days a week.

About You

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused individual who brings energy, reliability, and adaptability to the role.

Our ideal candidate will also have;

  • Experience in facilities management and a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • An interest or experience in process improvement and project coordination.
