He Angitūtanga / The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at the exclusive Strata Lounge. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality espresso beverages, maintaining the coffee bar, and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities

• Operate the coffee bar from setup to close, including stocktaking and daily reconciliation.
• Prepare and serve espresso beverages to a high standard, including milk texturing and presentation.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and public areas.
• Follow company procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.
  
  

He Kōrero Mōu / About You

• Experience in a similar barista or customer service role.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Physically fit, reliable, and a team player with a flexible approach.
• NZQA Barista Skills Certificate or Food Handling Certificate (desirable but not essential).
