We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant to join our team in Auckland to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to;

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Salesforce Functional Senior Consultant to join our team in Auckland to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to;
- Assist in large-scale Salesforce implementations, using your SME knowledge of service, sales and marketing to help evaluate, design and implement innovative digital solutions that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
- Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and support the development of their future roadmap.
- Gather and analyse requirements, leading workshops, configure, customise, test and deploy customised solutions utilising on and offshore colleagues to deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Using your excellent facilitation skills, lead discovery workshops and training sessions with stakeholders and users.
- Provide post go live support enhancement and maintenance.
Enough about us, let's talk about you, you have:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant with experience delivering the full lifecycle of a project.
- Experience configuring and designing solutions within Salesforce Cloud suite of products –Sales, Service and Experiences in particular. Leveraging core declarative Salesforce capabilities to deliver performant and scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients.
- Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation.
- Using Service Design skills to help enable customers to think beyond their current environment, focusing on Customer Experience, to draw out requirements and build effective functional solutions.
- Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
- Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with an ability to understand customer business objectives, issues and provide innovative solutions to client problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong result driven focus
- Fluent to native level English language skills is a must, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Salesforce certifications required.
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Strategy Designer and/or User Experience (UX) Designer
